We want to see the displaced children especially the people who have not attend school receive the support, capacity improvement and especially they are provided the employment opportunities with dignity, full of freedoms and live in the society with equity, peace, hope, prosperity, proud and quality of life and participate in social development.
We urge and motivate all the displaced children especially the orphans to be struggle, hopeful and proud of life in order to contribute in education, training and establishing the professional skills to all of them. The Voice of the Orphan's identity is the independent, neutral, human right respect, democratic association which we focus on the equity, justice and follow the government's policies.
Voice of the Orphan Association equipped the following core values:

We wish to enable all the displaced children especially the orphans live with dignity, have employment opportunities, no discrimination, achieve equality and realise their full potential and integration into society to participate in country developments.
